Introducing the dynamic and dedicated Dr.Anuradha Phadnis, enriched with 17 years of profound experience blending teaching, training, mentoring, counselling and administration at repute management institutions.Innovation is the foundation of her teaching and learning pedagogy for management students. She believes in transformation of students and professionals through revolution of their thought process.She is Doctorate in Human Resource Management,MBA (HRM) and PGD in Marketing Management and B'Com.Her areas of Interest include Entrepreneurship Development, Start-ip and New Venture Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management & Marketing Management. A Certified MCED- Trainer,POSH- Certified Trainer, Certified “Colored Brain Communicator” from Culture Dynamics DCI (Malaysia).She is a Corporate Trainer in behavioural domain conducted Industrial Training Program and Management Development program for Staff and Workers on Behavioural dimensions at Industrial organisations in Pune. She has delivered Guest sessions, workshops and FDPs for faculty members and industry professionals at state and national Level. Appointed as Consultant Advisor HR at Prime Marketing, a corporate enterprise at Goa.She holds professional Life time membership at CEGR (Centre for Education, Growth and Research), New Delhi, ICCI (Integrated Chambers of Commerce and Industry), New Delhi and NIPM Pune Chapter. She is recipient of awards; Shiksha Bharati Award 2021-22, by Indian Achievers Forum, “Best Academician of the Year 2019” by ICCI, (Integrated New Delhi and “Best Teacher 2015” award by Rotary Club Pune.
