I am Prof. Mahesh Bhagat an academician with over 14 years of experience in Automobile Industry and Management education with B.E. (E &TC), MBA in HR and Pursuing PhD from SPPU, Pune, Currently working with Indira Global School of Business. I am very focused individual with an open eye; keen to learn and implement practices to keep pace with the changing time. In-depth knowledge of subjects such as Organizational Behavior, Business Research Methods, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, Theory of Constraints, Supply Chain Management, Service Operations Management, Decision Science and an understanding of student and corporate requirements. Proficient in strategic thinking, business planning and development, Operations management, & maximizing opportunities across diverse sectors. Demonstrated the capacity to implement projects in co-ordination with a team, in providing innovative solutions keeping in mind the managements’ specifications.I am an Automobile Industry professional with experience in various assignments within the industry in the Production, Operations and Maintenance Department for Pune, Lucknow, Bhuj, Jamshedpur, Pithampur and Pantnagar regions.A decent understanding of the growing Indian automobile sector. I have gained experience and exposure by working for Corporate, with different properties and assignments with multiple brands. Have experience in all the stages of work implementation from planning to execution.
