Dr.Priyanka Darekar is Doctorate in Human Resource Management,MBA (HRM) and B.Sc Biotechnology. She has around 15 years of experience in Academics, Research and Training. Her areas of Interest include subjects like Organizational Behavior, Business Research Methods, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management,Essentials of Psychology. A certified Assessment professional , certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and certified Psychometric Test Professional by Middle Earth HR . She is a member at Pune Management Association and NIPM (National Institute of Personnel Management). She has received the Business Leader of the Year Award-Category-Outstanding Faculty in HR at the WHRD Congress, Taj Lands and Indira Academic Jewel in the year 2011. She was appointed as the official primary evaluator for Toycathon 2021 organized by AICTE and Ministry of Education, Innovation Cell. She is an Editor for the book series titled “Futuristic Trends in Social Sciences” under Iterative International Publishers (IIP) [USA and India]. Over the years she has gained new insights and adapted the teaching techniques suitable for students with different socio-economic and varied cultural backgrounds.

Dr. Priyanka Darekar was invited as a Guest Speaker at the Government College for Women, Cluster University, Srinagar. She delivered a session on "Career Planning" for the Students of Post Graduate Department of Computer Science on 25th May 2023. The students were enlightened on topics like contemporary practices in CV writing, creating and using professional social media profiles, and latest industry trends in recruitment and selection.
