Passionate about driving the operations to the next best level by streamlining the operational procedures, implementing new processes and championing change initiatives, she is the head of the department and Learning Facilitator- Finance, with more than 13 years of experience in academics.
She is an avid researcher, educator and able academic administrator. She has to her credit more than 20 research publications in journals of National and International repute and two books in Finance. Her teaching philosophy is live experiential learning with plenty of hands-on, encouraging students to come out with projects, research papers, or case studies that leverage their employability quotient.
She is a member at Pune Management Association (PMA). She is a certified MBTI- Psychometric Test Professional by Middle Earth HR and NISM Certified Trainer. Her areas of teaching interests include Finance and Research domain courses. Her research interests include Technology Marketing, Workplace diversity, Consumer research, Social Media and FDI. In addition to teaching and research, she is also involved in various institutional development assignments.
